Choose a clear, well-lit photo with the face or subject in focus. For a pet portrait or figurine, include front and side views using the extra photo fields.

How long will my keepsake take?

For the US mainland, allow 8–15 business days in total: 1 business day for handling, 2–5 for production, and 5–9 for shipping. Requests that need clarification may take longer.

Can I return a personalized keepsake?

Personalized items are made for you and cannot be returned for a change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
